The Fifth Squad reports the arrest of an Elmont man on Saturday, March 28, 2020 in Elmont.
According to Detectives, on Friday, March 27, 2020 two victims were sitting in a parked car located in Elmont.  Victim one, was sitting in the driver's seat and victim two was sitting in the front passenger seat.  They were then approached in their car by unknown males. Subject one opened the passenger door, displayed a handgun as he leaned into the vehicle and demanded the victim's property.  the victims complied and gave the subjects their property that was being sought. Subject two approached the rear door on the driver's side.

A short time later while Officers canvassing the area, officers conducted a VTL investigation on a vehicle. Subsequent to the investigation, defendant was arrested.

Defendant is charged with, Robbeey 1st Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree.
