Shaking Vereen, accompanied by another, forcibly stole a cell phone from the victim by brandishing a knife. Vereen was arrested for Robbery in the First Degree, a class B felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon Fourth Degree, a misdemeanor. A bench warrant has been issued for failing to appear in court.
