Rosa Ortega is wanted on an open felony warrant for trademark counterfeiting 2nd degree. On October 6, 2010, Ortega was working at Jerusalem Records in Uniondale. At that time Ortega sold counterfeit latin music CD's to undercover investigators. Ortega was arrested and a warrant was later issued when she failed to comply with a court proceeding.
