On September 21, 2005 at 3:40 A.M., Police Officers of the Fourth Precinct stopped a vehicle traveling south bound on Austin Blvd for driving erratically. The driver was arrested for DUI and was later found to be driving with as suspended license. Katarina was charged with Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, DWI, and VTL violations. There is currently an open warrant for her arrest as she has violated the terms of her probation. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
