On May 1st, 2007 at about 5:50 P.M., First Precinct Police Officers observed the subject operating his vehicle at a high rate of speed northbound on Babylon Tpke. The officers followed the vehicle which was traveling over 55 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. The subject’s vehicle was stopped and he was asked for his license and requisite paperwork for his vehicle. The subject could not produce a driver’s license and it was discovered that it had been revoked as he had four suspensions on three separate dates. The subject was also found to be in possession of a gravity knife. He was arrested and charged with possession of a dangerous weapon, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, unlicensed operation and speeding. A Nassau County District Court Bench Warrant has been issued for his arrest. His whereabouts are unknown at this time.
