The Nassau County Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the above subject who committed a Rape in Baldwin at the Railroad Station on December 04, 2009 at approximately 11:15 P.M. The Rape occurred in the parking lot after the victim left the Oasis Cafe. He approached the victim in the parking lot, forced her between parked cars and forcibly raped her.

The subject is a male White/Hispanic 5’9”-5’11” tall; thin beard and mustache, black hair, stocky build in his late 20’s to early 30’s.

Do not attempt to apprehend any of these subjects on your own.
