In the early morning hours of July 17, 2006, the victim parked his yellow cab in the lot of the 7-11 store on Main Street, Farmingdale. While doing paperwork in the cab, he was lured out of his car by Erick and an accomplice. The victim was physically restrained from entering the vehicle and the subjects drove away with the cab. Erick was charged with Robbery 2nd degree. A Bench warrant has been issued by District Court for his arrest for failing to appear in court.
