On August 6, 2007 at 2:50 A.M. Brian Coles while in the company of two others approached the victim on the corner of Scally Place and Linden Ave in Westbury. The subjects were holding glass bottles in their hands and threatened to use them against the victim if he did not give them money. Two subjects grabbed the victim and searched his pockets while the third blocked his escape. There is an open warrant for Attempted Robbery 1st Degree on the subject. His current whereabouts are unknown at this time.
