Police have arrested the last of three men who robbed a man of his cell phone in Carle Place in January, then committed a similar robbery a short time later in Westbury, police said.

Markus McIntyre, 17, of 160 Hilton Ave., Hempstead, was arrested Thursday and scheduled for arraignment Friday in First District Court in Hempstead, police said. The two others were arrested that night, Jan. 19.

McIntyre was charged with two counts of second-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree possession of a dangerous weapon.

Nassau County police said they previously arrested Keasaan Hargrove, 18, of 126 Windsor Pwy., Hempstead, and Christopher Williams, 17, of 9 Meadow St., Garden City. Both face the same charges in connection with the robberies.

Police said the trio approached a 37-year-old man on Stonehenge Lane in Carle Place not long after midnight and robbed him of his cell phone and cash. Police said the victim was not injured.

A short time later, police said the trio committed a similar robbery on Ellison Avenue in Westbury.

That victim, 26, was also not injured.
