(04/23/10) EAST MEADOW – Police say they have arrested a man they say exposed himself to students near two different schools earlier this week.

Twenty-four-year-old George Rigas will be arraigned on public lewdness charges today.

Rigas allegedly exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl near Mepham High School in North Bellmore Tuesday afternoon. About 15 minutes later cops say Rigas touched himself in front of students at Woodland Junior High in East Meadow.

During both incidents police say he was riding a bicycle and rode away when he was spotted.
