Arrest made in robbery by police impersonators

Two other suspects are still being sought.
Seemona Sumasar, 35, of 1367 Dickens St., Far Rockaway, was charged Friday with robbery, criminal impersonation, and unlawfully wearing body armor vest.
Sumasar, and another person in a Jeep with flashing red lights, pulled over a vehicle on Douglas Street in Inwood, on March 2, police said, and while wearing a gold police-type shield around their necks, and armed with handguns, robbed that motorist of $100 in cash as well as jewelry.
Sumasar, and two others, stopped a vehicle on Bayview Avenue and Pearsall Place in Inwood on May 19 and stole $1,400, police said.
Information concerning the incidents was not made public until Tuesday.
