Police seize fireworks, arrest 4 in Baldwin

Officers say they hauled away 441 cases of pyrotechnics from 596 Joy Blvd. and took Dominick Fariello and Gail Finckin, who were at the house along with two children, into custody.
Police also arrested James Puckett and Frank Kircher, both of Patchogue. Detectives say they witnessed the two men leaving Fariello's residence with bags filled with $600 worth of fireworks.
Fariello is facing up to seven years in prison for allegedly selling fireworks out of his parents' home.
Puckett and Kircher were both charged with unlawfully dealing with fireworks. Finckin is facing two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
