Police: Fake cop targeting Nassau drivers
A warning for all drivers this morning. Officials say a fake cop is targeting drivers in Nassau County.

Police say a man with a gold badge hit a car on Grand Avenue in Baldwin Sunday.
The man identified himself as an officer, demanding a driver's license and registration. The driver got suspicious and drove away.
Officials say two hours later the same suspect stopped another car on Merrick Avenue in East Meadow. The driver also took off.
Anyone with information is asked to call Nassau Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
