Two Uniondale teens were arrested Thursday after they robbed two school kids on a street in broad daylight, police said.

The robbery occurred at Davis Avenue near Stanton Boulevard in Uniondale at 3:40 p.m.

The victims were walking home from school when Kibwe Alexander, 16, of 310 Greengrove Ave., and his 15-year-old accomplice stopped them and began rifling their pockets, Nassau police said.

Police said the two took $19 and a Sony PSP from one victim, and an iPod Touch and cell phone from the other.

Alexander and his accomplice were arrested a short time later, police said, and charged with two counts of second-degree robbery and two counts of first-degree robbery. The two are scheduled to appear for arraignment Friday in First District Court in Hempstead.
