Camp Anchor carnival, a PBA sponsored event was held at Lido Beach Town Park on July 18th 2008. This annual event is held to support and enhance the Camp Anchor summer program. For more information click the Camp Anchor link below.

The kids come out for some sun and fun while members of the Nassau PBA prepare lunch.

Many of the booths are staffed by PBA delegates, trustees and a horde of volunteers

 

A DJ belts out the tunes and there's no shortage of dancers

There's plenty of fun to be had by the campers

 

Bounce pits and slides are a great way to work off those burgers and hotdogs

 

Many specialized units of of the Nassau Police Departmant show up to give the campers a hands - on - experience
