The Nassau County P.B.A. reminds boaters to practice safe and responsible boating all season long by:

• wearing a life jacket
• completing a safe boating course
• properly equipping and inspecting your vessel
• operating at a prudent speed for the conditions
• helping fellow boaters in distress
• refraining from mixing alcohol with boating
